Account deletion

Updated: 6 November 2026Game account deletion

Request deletion of your Sword & Shield: Ascendant game account and associated personal data. The game is operated by Mobile Games OÜ under the MGPlayStudio brand. You can contact us without reinstalling the game, signing in or knowing your Player ID.

Start your request

Open Player Support and begin your message with “Delete my account — Sword & Shield: Ascendant”. The link selects this game and Account help.

Open deletion request form ↗

You can also email support@mgplaystudio.com with that subject. For a direct privacy request, use privacy@mgplaystudio.com.

Opening a link does not send a request. Sending a request does not automatically delete an account. We review requests and verify authority before taking irreversible action.

1. What to include

  • A reply email address where we can contact you.
  • Your character name and Player ID, if available.
  • Whether you used a guest account, Unity Player Accounts or Google sign-in, if you remember.
  • Whether you want the whole game account deleted or have a more specific personal-data request.

If you no longer have access or cannot remember these details, explain that in the message. You can still submit a request. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, recovery codes, full card details or unsolicited identity documents. A Player ID is a lookup reference, not an authentication credential.

2. How verification and replies work

Requests are handled manually. We reply by email and may ask for proportionate information or steps to establish that the request concerns your account. A public character name, Player ID or screenshot alone is not sufficient proof of ownership.

Tell us if you have lost access to a guest account or linked login. We consider the information and account access available rather than requiring you to reinstall or disclose credentials. If we cannot identify the account or safely verify authority, we explain the difficulty and any available next step. We do not disclose another player’s account details to help a requester guess them.

Messages submitted through Player Support or emailed to support@mgplaystudio.com are recorded as private support cases. Replies to case emails stay with the conversation. Messages sent directly to privacy@mgplaystudio.com are handled in the separate privacy mailbox.

3. What deletion covers

A verified game-account erasure request covers the account and associated personal data we control, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Relevant records include:

  • the game’s authentication identity and linked game-access identifiers;
  • character and cloud saves, progression, Gold, Tokens, equipment, inventory, cosmetics and other account benefits;
  • inbox, gift-code, reward delivery and claim records linked to the account;
  • account-linked Guild membership, applications, profile snapshots, contributions, encounter participation and related shared game records;
  • identifiable support or diagnostic information within the scope of your request.

We consider related service-provider records as well as game saves. Deleting only an authentication identity is not treated as proof that every associated record has been erased. In shared records, identifying information can be removed or anonymised while preserving genuinely anonymous totals or other players’ independent records.

Completed account deletion can permanently remove access to your character, progress, currencies and digital items. Tell us promptly if you want to withdraw a request before it is completed; we cannot promise recovery after erasure.

4. Information that may remain

Limited correspondence or a minimal record of the request may remain where needed to demonstrate how the request was handled. Specific security, fraud, complaint or legal evidence may remain while the relevant investigation, legal obligation or claim requires it. These are limited exceptions, not permission to keep the entire account indefinitely.

When an exception applies, we explain the relevant information, purpose and retention period or ending criterion. Access-restricted backups can contain residual copies until normal replacement or expiry; they are not used as active accounts and completed erasures must be respected on restoration. The Game Privacy Policy explains retention in more detail, including Unity’s documented default 90-day Diagnostics period.

5. Timing and completion

We handle requests without undue delay. Under the GDPR, we normally respond within one month of receipt. If a permitted extension is necessary, we explain the reason within that first month. If we cannot take the requested action, we explain the reason and the available complaint or review options.

We send the outcome by email, including any relevant retained-data exception. A form success message, case number or closed support status confirms handling of correspondence; it is not by itself confirmation that game data has been erased. You do not need to pay to submit an ordinary deletion request.

6. Your device and separate sign-in accounts

Signing out, resetting progress, removing a login link or uninstalling the game does not itself delete online records. We cannot remotely remove every local copy on a device you control. Once the outcome is confirmed, follow the instructions we give about local app data and old saves. An old save does not authorise restoration of an erased account.

Deleting your Sword & Shield: Ascendant game account does not delete your separate Google account or Unity Player Account. You do not need to delete those shared accounts to ask us to erase game data.

If you also want to delete a shared Unity Player Account, use Unity Player Accounts or contact Unity Player Accounts privacy support. That is separate from our game-account request; deleting the shared sign-in account does not itself erase all game data we control.
