This website introduces our studio, presents published games and projects in development, and provides game information, FAQs and contact channels. These terms concern use of the website. A game’s terms of service, privacy policy and any purchase conditions are separate documents, made available for that game or service where applicable.

3. Games, previews and the store

Development screenshots, descriptions and previews show work in progress. Features, artwork, balance, platform plans and release timing may change before a public release. A project being listed on this website does not mean it is available to download.

The Sword & Shield: Ascendant web store is currently being prepared and does not accept purchases. No Token purchase or game-account entitlement is created by browsing the website or sending an enquiry. Available products, full prices, delivery information and applicable purchase terms will be provided before web purchases open.

Download games only through the official links we publish. Any separately accepted game or platform terms apply to their respective service.

4. Website content and intellectual property

Our names, logos, artwork, screenshots, text and other website materials are owned by Mobile Games OÜ or used with the relevant rights or permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You may browse the website, share links to its pages and make copies needed for ordinary personal use. Further reproduction, commercial use or presentation of our material as your own requires permission unless applicable law or a separate licence allows it. 5. Responsible use

Please use the website and our enquiry channels lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to the website, private support records, accounts or infrastructure;
• send malware, phishing messages, fraudulent requests or unlawful material;
• impersonate another person or submit personal information you are not entitled to share;
• disrupt the website, overload its services, send unsolicited bulk messages or bypass its security and anti-spam controls.

Ordinary browsing, assistive technology and legitimate use of our published contact routes remain welcome. We may limit requests or access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or respond to misuse.

Provide a usable reply address and enough relevant detail for us to understand the request. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or full payment-card details. We may ask for proportionate verification before discussing or changing a game account. A public player name or Player ID alone is not proof of ownership.

We reply by email. Response times depend on the nature and volume of requests; no particular response time is promised on this website.

7. Privacy

Our Website Privacy Notice explains the personal information processed through this website, our forms, email correspondence and security services. For privacy requests, contact privacy@mgplaystudio.com. Game-specific privacy information is available from the relevant game hub.

8. Links and external services

Links may take you to app stores, platform services or other websites operated by third parties. Their availability, content and terms are managed by their respective operators. Review the relevant terms and privacy information when choosing to use an external service.

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate and may correct, update or remove material as development progresses. Please contact us if you notice an error.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security work or other operational reasons. We cannot promise uninterrupted access to the website. This does not reduce any obligations or remedies that apply under mandatory law.
